INTENT:
Maricopa County Human Services Department (MCHSD) intends to award a contract(s) for administration of Community Action Program (CAP) services. CAP services shall assist low income households in crisis situations and move them closer to economic stability. CAP administrative services shall be provided in the Community Service Areas (CSA) of Chandler, Gilbert, Sun Lakes, and Queen Creek, and surrounding unincorporated areas and the CSA of Tempe and Fountain Hills and surrounding unincorporated areas.
Maricopa County (County) anticipates awarding one or more contracts for the CAP client services.
The contract type awarded under this solicitation will be cost reimbursement.
In accordance with CFR § 200.331, contractor(s) awarded a contract under this solicitation shall be recognized as a subrecipient. Subrecipients are referred to as “contractor” for the purposes of this solicitation and subsequent contract(s).
THERE WILL BE NO PREBID MEETING FOR THIS SOLICITATION.

Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidNet Direct only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.
MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME: Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.
EVALUATION AND AWARD:
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
