Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein: Provide demolition services for the 9th floor of the Maricopa County Central Court building. The demolition scope consists of all items on the 9th floor, to include but not limited to, furniture, partitions, finishes, flooring, duct work, plumbing, electrical fixtures, fire sprinkler piping, all gypsum board/stud framing, insulation, doors/hardware, and general trash. see drawings for specific description of work.

All work on this contract is to be completed within 120 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.

A non-mandatory in-person pre-bid conference and site walk have been scheduled under this solicitation. See solicitation for details.
