Fee Proposal shall include (1) detailed descriptions of all fees or an all-inclusive fee that the City will be responsible to pay to the Vendor, if selected, and (2) a sample fee statement based on a $10,000 loan. Fee proposal must be signed by the representative of the Vendor who is authorized to make such an offer.
