The City intends to enter into a contract with a Vendor for the Purchase and Installation of Furniture, Furnishings and Library Shelving for Sam Garcia Library. The Vendor must furnish, deliver, unload, install, assemble, and place all Furniture according to the plans and specifications, and ensure Furniture is functioning properly (the “Work”). Work is to consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and the performance of all work required to install all furniture, and haul and dispose of the existing furniture.
