Description

The City of Avondale is issuing this Request For Proposals seeking Proposals from qualified, licensed firms to provide expertise and understanding of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) formula block grant programs and reporting and consulting. Consultant must possess capability to develop a Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the City of Avondale. The Consolidated Plan will cover the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030. The Consultant work activities shall include the Consolidated Plan, reporting and consulting Services.
