The City of Avondale is seeking one or more qualified and licensed vendor(s) to provide all materials and labor required for Amusement Activities and Entertainment, including, but not limited to, rental inflatable toys, climbing rock walls, obstacle courses, event supply rentals, carnival games, music or concert series entertainment, disc jockey (“DJ”) services, rentals and inflatable toys, rock wall, obstacle course, obstacle course, themed rental décor, animal exhibit or petting zoo event set-up, games/game trucks, carnival games, holiday-themed animal exhibit or petting zoo event set-up, games/game trucks, carnival games, holiday-themed character dress-up, stilt walkers; meet and greet entertainment, photo opportunities, and walkabout or holiday-themed entertainment at City events or parade environment (the “Services”) to engage a variety of audiences at the City events or on an as-needed basis.
