Specifications include, but are not limited to: FMAA is seeking Proponents to provide innovative, high-quality, cost-effective, TransportCanada-approved 24/7/365 manned and technological security solutions for the Fort McMurray International Airport. The Security Services required include, but are not limited to: a. Operations Centre: Shift Supervisor monitors CCTV, access control, and under the direction of the Duty Manager coordinates Security’s response to security operations and emergencies. b. Non-Passenger Screening: Point guard for access control to restricted areas. This involves verifying documents of entitlement and operating metal detector and X-Ray equipment to ensure no unauthorized personnel or objects enter the restricted area. c. Restricted Area Access Control: There are two (2) security booths from which point guards monitor and control ground-side to air-side ingress and egress by ramp personnel, refuellers, and others.
