Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Caterer shall be responsible for the following: a. Obtaining valid alcohol permits for each event; b. Checking I.D.’s at the bar upon placement of an order. c. Speed bar and catering equipment must be cleaned and returned to pre-use condition at the end of the event or a minimum $25 cleaning fee will be assessed. d. Providing a receipt or z-tape at the end of the event on the register provided to verify all sales (See Addendum A). 2. The Caterer shall only serve alcoholic beverages in a Patron’s Cup. Patrons will not be permitted to enter the theatre with alcohol unless it is in a Patron’s Cup. The Caterer may charge for the Patron’s Cup, but not more than $2 over the cost of the Patron’s cup to the City of Valdez. 3. The Caterer may offer finger foods that can be easily transported to our venue, do not require use of the on-site kitchen to prep, and be easily consumed without silverware at a price of their choosing. 4. The Caterer shall produce evidence of total gross sales by providing all receipts and/or z-tapes for each event by April 6, 2020.
