Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work under this contract includes upgrades and modifications to the existing fire alarm and fire suppression mist systems at the Central Landfill Hazardous Waste Processing and Administrative Office Facility to bring the existing system into compliance with applicable codes. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition of the existing fire mist skid pump, control panels, and portions of the existing mist systems in addition to the fire alarms system. Remodel work includes installation of a new fire mist skid, pumps, controls, upgrades to the fire alarm system, a new pump disconnect, and modifications to the existing fire mist system zones, piping, and associated appurtenances, modifications to the existing ventilation systems.
