This work encompasses five individual but integrated projects that are to be constructed at the Revilla and Gravina Airport Ferry Facilities in Ketchikan, Alaska consisting of both upland and marine improvements. The Revilla work encompasses: Reconstruction of the existing upland vehicle and pedestrian access areas; construction of a new passenger waiting building facility; construction of pedestrian covered walkways, concrete sidewalks, electrical, potable water, sanitary sewer and storm drain utilities; reconstruction of Tongass Highway. Marine improvements include construction of a new airport ferry berth consisting of steel sheet pile bulkheads; pile supported, concrete surfaced access dock structures; floating steel structures and associated offshore mooring and berthing structures; steel vehicular bridge.
