Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Finance Management Services seeks a contractor who will provide time and materials based maintenance and operations services to DHSS’s electronic grants management system, GEMS. The GEMS System is defined as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, the associated compatible software (as defined by Microsoft’s compatibility publications), and the GEMS web portal components. Maintenance and operations services include assisting with troubleshooting due to minor patch support, compatibility and bug fixes, technical support for users and managing the GEMS solution. Services are to be provided during the Grants office business hours. All services, including attendance at any meetings, will be initiated at the request of the State. Services covered by the resulting contract are limited to those described in the Deliverables below. Maintenance and Operation tasks are tracked in the Team Foundation Server (TFS), a Microsoft product used for project management, testing and release management. The majority of the work associated with this contract is expected to be performed hand-in-hand with State staff.
