All products must be free of peanut/tree-nuts. Peanut/tree-nut by products will be rejected. Beef Products MUST NOT contain Lean Finely Textured Beef (LFTB). Items must not contain MSG. All products must meet USDA Sodium Guidelines for Target 1 for School Breakfast and National School Lunch Program. All grains must be considered whole grain or whole grain rich per USDA guidelines including breading on products (i.e. chicken nuggets, corndogs). All items must be Trans-fat free except for naturally occuring Trans-fat.
