Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offerors will conduct a thorough review of the division’s current transitional services policy and its implementation throughout the state. Due to current travel restrictions, this evaluation and review may be done remotely via teleconference, video conference, and reviewing of relevant reports and data. The Offeror will additionally meet with DJJ staff and community stakeholders in each region as a part of individual site reviews and overall program evaluation. Upon completion of the review, the offerors will provide a detailed report identifying strengths, gaps, and system improvement recommendations. The Offerors will then provide ongoing implementation oversight and continuing technical assistance as the division implements policies, procedures, quality assurance protocols, and identified changes through the end of the contracted period of performance. This project has an estimated timeline of six months from issuing of contract to completion. This may be negotiated with the offeror if necessary.
