Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Administer community Covid-19 tests to the eligible public as determined by the KEOC.•Comply with all CDC guidelines as well as all federal and state mandates in effect during the full term of the contract regarding Covid-19 testing to include sampling, analyzing, and reporting the test results to individuals and the appropriate authorities.•Provide screening services for individuals in accordance with all CDC Guidelines as well as all federal and state mandates in effect at the time of screening. •Perform the sample collection process in accordance with all CDC guidelines as well as all federal and state mandates in effect at the time of sample collection.•At minimum, and until directed otherwise by the KEOC, testing must be available five days a week.•The contractor(s) may be request to work directly with the KEOC to conduct or manage other pop-up testing events as needed. •Perform testing analysis on samples collected from individuals and report resultsin accordance with all CDC guidelines as well as all federal and state regulations and mandates in effect at the time of test analysis. Test results shall be provided to the patient within3 days.•Administer other testing events, as determined by the Ketchikan Emergency Operations Center (KEOC), for individuals to visit for testing in accordance with all CDC guidelines as well as all federal and state mandates in effect during the full term of the contract.
