Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to Remove and replace 32 Boiler pumps. Replace with equal or better pumps. Bidder shall identify intended pump with bid submission. Replace through industry standard methods as approved by AHFC and local authority having jurisdiction. C. Contractor recommended to field verify Pump and motor specs. D. Contractor shall be responsible for testing pressure differential switches to ensure proper function on pumps equipped with them. In the event that a unit is found to be inoperable, the contractor shall provide a bid for necessary repairs hrough the RFQ bid change order process. The bid sheet shall include the cost to replace the pressure differential switch, covering labor and materials, stated as a cost per unit in the bid sheet. E. Contractor to verify for proper function all replaced items with the heating system controls. F. Contractor to provide detailed preventative maintenance plan for any newly installed equipment. G. Contractor to supply all materials required to complete scope of work, and properly dispose of any excess or unusable materials. H. Contractor to provide Divisional schedule of materials, excluding consumables with submittal. I. All materials being used by contractor should have specifications supplied at bid, as well as a full detailed scope/work plan. J. Additional work may be added to the contract via the RFQ bid change order process as is determined necessary for successful installation and function of work under base bid and additive alternate, as awarded.
