Equipment selection to consider the consequences of component failures, or the need for equipment to be taken out of service for maintenance. c. Evaluate existing cooling towers for capacity; evaluation effort limited to matching the cooling requirements of proposed new chiller plant. Recommend replacement or upgrade as required. 2) Provide recommendations for system isolation valves and piping such that: a.
