Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Lobbyist will represent the Community of Ketchikan through the Borough Assembly. The primary policy document will be the Community Priority List, the booklet that provides the backup material summaries and any subsequently adopted resolutions. 2. The Lobbyist shall advise and guide the Borough Assembly in the presentation of appropriate CIP lists and legislative priorities, along with effective guidelines, priorities, project lists and backup materials for lobbying efforts and then work within such guidelines and priorities to promote, advocate, support, modify, oppose or delay any appropriate legislative or administrative action. These guidelines and priorities may be adopted in the form of a Community Priority List and booklet, resolutions and letters.
