Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, certifications, and supplies needed to perform the annual window washing services outlined below. The Contractor must also comply with all applicable Federal and State labor, wage and hour, safety and associated laws that have a bearing on the services provided.
