Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.02.01 Site Visit/Data Collection The contractor shall coordinate with AKARNG to schedule up to four site visits in Alaska with AKARNG. The purpose of the meeting is to: Collect data concerning current and proposed operations for the next five years Collect any new data and/or surveys regarding cultural resources. Discuss scoping. Discuss desired revisions to the ICRMP and update management goals. Discuss tribal consultation and interests in AKARNG facilities. The initial site visit will include: An initial project kick-off meeting with AKARNG personnel. Meetings with the appropriate operations, environmental management, and safety personnel. Meeting with the Alaska State Historic Preservation Office. Letters to applicable environmental and planning agencies. The results of this effort shall be summarized in a letter report (Deliverable 1). Additional site visits may be required by AKARNG to: Discuss desired revisions to the ICRMP and update management goals Discuss tribal consultation and interests in AKARNG facilities.
