Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to provide technical expertise and program design assistance to the Petroleum Systems Integrity Office (PSIO), as the Office evaluates the integrity management programs and quality management programs of oil and gas operations in the state. This is a term contract. The term contract does not authorize any work, but puts a contract in place that allows the PSIO to issue specific Notices to Proceed (NTP) under this term Contract for completion of more specific work tasks. NTPs and their corresponding specific scopes of work will be issued separate from this contract. NTPs require completion of specific scopes of work under specific timelines and costs. The PSIO will select one or more consultants.
