INTRODUCTION: The 673d Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify qualified and interested sources for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to supply the above requirement for the 673d Medical Group at JBER, Alaska. This research will inform the Government's acquisition strategy and help ensure adequate competition. Responses from all businesses (Small and Large) are welcome.
All information received will be used to define a potential future requirement. A solicitation MAY be issued at that time.
The information requested by this sources sought notice will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the Federal Government.
SUBMISSION DETAILS:
Interested parties shall submit a written Statement of Capability (limited to 3 pages) within 10 calendar days of this notice's publication, NLT 2:00 PM EST on 08 September 2025 .
The Statement of Capability should demonstrate the firm’s ability to provide and deliver the required products and shall include the following information:
- Firm name, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, UEI, CAGE code, and small business status (including type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code.
- Detailed information regarding experience (whether as a manufacturer or authorized distributor) and pertinent certifications. Provide at least three (3) examples of performing a contract of this magnitude and complexity.
- Information to determine commercial availability, including pricing (and basis for pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, and warranties.
- Recommendations on how the Air Force can best structure this requirement to facilitate competition by and among small business concerns.
- Recommendations to improve the approach/specifications for acquiring the identified item(s).
- If not the OEM, documentation on OEM letterhead demonstrating authority to distribute the requested supplies MUST be included.

- This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.
