THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bid, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to provide the requested service. This information will be used to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method and set-aside for future requirements.
The contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance program for the 673d Medical Group Dining Facility on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK 99506. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform dining facility equipment repair as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement.
Contractors having the capability to provide the above services are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to SSgt Tulay Urganci (tulay.urganci@us.af.mil) and Amn Keely Blakley-McLarry (keely.blakley-mclarry@us.af.mil) no later than 26 May 2025 at 1:00PM AKST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
