Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Plowing: This will include plowing all driveways and empty parking spaces. Snow will be pushed to one of the designated storage areas. Operator will assure that when snowplowing is completed there are no berms greater than 6" of snow obstructing driveways or parking area. This includes parked vehicles. B. Prescheduled clean out: The Contractor will be notified at least twentyfour (24) hours in advance to remove snow from parking lot. At which time residents vehicles will be vacated from parking spaces and driveways to allow the contractor to finish plowing all parking areas. C. Sanding: Crushed rock will be spread only at the request of AHFC. Crushed rock will be supplied by the Contractor and spread as evenly as possible to cover driveways and vacant parking spaces. Operator will spread the crushed rock as close to occupied driveways and vacant parking spaces as possible. When crushed rock is requested, it should be spread to assure a non-slip surface. The crushed rock is to be 1 14 inch in size or smaller. Trip tickets for crushed rock will be submitted with monthly statements. Work shall normally be performed between the hours of 5:30 am and 7:30 pm. Snow conditions may require work to be performed on an "as requested" basis.
