The contractor will perform demolition of obsolete wind turbine electrical components, procure and install a 703 kW DC solar PV system, and install perimeter fencing. • Demolition: Remove and dispose of obsolete electrical components from the wind turbine controls building. The contractor may reuse existing components at its discretion and dispose of waste at the local landfill. Although not required, the contractor may also remove conduit and/or conductors between the controls building and the wind turbine foundations. • Solar PV System Procurement & Installation: Procure and install all DC and AC electrical components, including foundations and racking systems, up to the AVEC Point of Common Coupling (PCC) and communications equipment as referenced in the attached drawings and specifications. The contractor is not required to procure the solar PV modules; NAB is providing the solar PV modules (Silfab 530XM).
