This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is conducted using FAR 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide two-hundred (200) Sanctuary Chairs. The 413th CSB anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
