Design and Execution of 20ft x 40ft Peninsula Booth (#1633) for Seafood Expo North America 2026 The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) is seeking proposals for the design, fabrication, and execution of a reusable 1,100-square-foot corner trade show booth (#1633) for the annual Seafood Expo North America (SENA), taking place March 15–17, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts. The selected contractor will be responsible for: Design and fabrication of a one-story booth plan and an alternative design that incorporates a second-story with a large meeting space. Setup and breakdown of the booth at the event. Transportation of the booth to and from Boston (if not locally stored). Storage of the booth between uses. Booth Requirements The booth will serve as a central meeting space for the Alaska seafood industry. The design shall include: Multiple small meeting areas accommodating 2–6 people. Two 5 ft freezer display cases for showcasing head-on Alaska seafood product. A lounge area with comfortable seating (e.g., couch and accent tables). Locking storage cabinets for staff belongings (coat storage, etc). Hosting bar for food and drinks Counter space and seamless built-ins for displaying printed materials. Multiple outlets for electricity throughout the booth with charging stations. A TV display for looping ASMI video assets. Booth graphics that highlight Alaska seafood's key attributes: wild, natural, and pristine. A floor plan that balances an open feel with semi-private areas for conversations.
