This is to inform you that this Solicitation is now Full and Open and has been extended with a new due date for quotes no later than 3:00 PM EST on 12 JAN 26.
Requirement is for Snow Equipment Rental in Delta Junction, AK.
Contractor Must provide eleven (11) Pair of Skis, eleven (11) Pair of Bindings, eleven (11) Pair of Touring Skins, eleven (11) Pair of Ski Poles, eleven (11) Pair of Ski Boots, eighteen Pair of Ski Goggles, four (4) 2 Person Mountaineering/ Expedition Tents, four (4) Pair of Snowshoes with tails and heel elevator, eighteen (18) Sleeping Bags, eighteen (18) Sleeping Pads, and three (3) Avalanche Beacon/Shovel/ Probes. This is to help facilitate SOTD with their training exercise in Alaska starting on 2 February 2026 and ending 25 February 2026.
All equipment must be meet the Salient Characteristics provided and be delivered to the address provided.
