Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide all items in order to complete the risk assessments to include procuring and scoring their own risk assessments. The below items are the main areas the contractor needs to complete but not limited to. A thorough clinical assessment of this type will typically take from 8 to 12 hours, depending upon the complexity of the case.; 1) Review of all records pertinent to the offender’s crime of conviction and criminal history as well as other relevant documents to include prior pre-sentence investigations, police reports, mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment records, victim statements, and any other records that pertain to the offender’s assessment; 2) Clinical intervi;ews, including mental status exam, offender’s version of the offense, and social, sexual, and family history; 3) Risk assessment using standardized instruments identified by the department. At least STATIC 02R, STABLE 07, and BARR.; 4) Psychological testing of the offenders; 5) Consultation with department staff as necessary; 6) A management plan for the treatment of the offender; 7) Procure and score all assessments.; The completion and timely delivery of Risk Assessment and Management Plan shall integrate all of the areas above into a comprehensive picture of the offender. The Risk Assessment and Management Plan shall also include information pertinent to supervising the offender in the community and addresses potential treatment needs. Referrals of offenders for assessment will be made through the respective institutional Probation Officer III at each facility to the SOMP Criminal Justice Planner (project manager), or designee (Criminal Justice Technician assigned to the program).
