The Contractor will provide weekly and semi-annual industry standard facility cleaning and sanitation services for both indoor and outdoor designated areas to include common areas, restrooms, flooring, etc The facility coverage area includes offices, hallways, and entryways measuring approximately 12,350 square feet.
The Contractor will provide seasonal ground services and snow removal for the designated areas to support the ground-cleaning schedule. Snow removal services are normally required October through April of each calendar year. The Contractor will use hand shovels, snow blowers, or other small equipment to remove snow in the walkways, doorways, garage doors, fire hydrants, gates, and gate mechanisms. The Contractor will use equipment capable of clearing the ramp and taxiway areas in a prompt and efficient manner. A grader, front-end loader, or Cat 966, or equivalent equipment is recommended for snow removal. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to perform snow plowing, snow removal, sanding, and sweeping at the Anchorage Flight Inspection Field Office.
