Provide (2) 2-axle NP Budd Half-Dome (Visa Dome) Passenger Rail Coach trucks as follows: 1. T-Frame or converted to T-frame 2. ABDX air brake system 3. 7-1/2” Brake Cylinders with large pins 4. 6x11 Bearings 5. Fully inspected, rebuilt and documented per AMTRAK 40yr inspection specifications: a. Inspect and rebuild per AMTRAK Standard Maintenance Procedures: i. SMP 46603 ii. SMP 46605 iii. SMP 46617 iv. SMP 48001 v. SMP 49602 b. All NDT testing to be performed by NDT technician certified for the testing being accomplished. i. Dye Penetration Testing: Dye penetration testing shall be performed by level II certified person. Certification shall be recognized by American Society of Nondestructive Testing and meet the requirements of NAS410. Contractor shall provide a copy of Certification to ARRC. c. All welding to be performed by welder certified to AWS D1.1 & D15.1. 6. Epoxy primer and paint per Section A specifications 7. Provide complete truck sets except without axles or wheels a.
