Specifications include, but are not limited to: SNOW PLOWING SERVICES i.e. parking lot, fire lanes and driveways, including shoveling of sidewalks, on an as needed basis. The work will take place approximately from October through April 30th. The times the work will be performed are normally between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Working times may vary. No overtime pricing is acceptable. All snow removal operations should be completed prior to 7:00 a.m. when possible. However, this time frame shall not preclude daytime plowing operations, if required. The Contractor will be contacted by the District Contract Administrator or designee via telephone for a “Call Out” to provide snow plowing services. The Contractor will provide snow plowing services within three (3) hours of the “Call Out”. Complete snow plowing may require the Contractor to return to the work area after the next school day to plow snow from areas where vehicles were parked. No additional payment will be due to the Contractor for performance of this requirement.
