Specifications include, but are not limited to: – Provide Year-Round Road Maintenance Services for Rabbit Creek View/Heights Limited Road Service Area (LRSA) to the Municipality of Anchorage; Grader, (Champion 740, equal or better), with fourteen foot (14’) standard 3/4 inch grading blade, and 3/4 inch serrated edge, hydraulic snow gate, hydraulic snow wing, rear ripper, six radial all season sipped tires (Bridgestone V-Steel Snow Wedge or equivalent), and six tire chains, “Stay Back 50 Feet” signs, rear backup light (flood lamp type), amber strobes rear, tow chain/cable/strap and reflectors/flares. Additionally, equipment shall meet all State of Alaska, Division of Motor Vehicles requirements. At the discretion of the Administrator, 3/4 inch serrated cutting edges shall be used and shall be paid at an additional 7% of the bid rate; 10-12 yard Dump Truck (Kenworth C-500 or equivalent). Accessories include standard summer tires, hands-free cell phone, front and rear amber tail light strobes. Additionally, equipment shall meet all State of Alaska, Division of Motor Vehicles requirements
