Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall perform interior & exterior door checks on the Eagle River Town Center (Municipality of Anchorage side only) three (3) times per night seven (7) days a week between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Checks will be conducted randomly so as to not create a predictable pattern. 2. Contractor shall perform security patrol for purposes of identifying and ensuring the removal of unauthorized individuals. 3. Contractor shall provide to the Contract Administrator a summary report (Contractors format) at least bi-weekly identifying doors found unsecure, number of unauthorized individuals, if they are repeat offenders and actions taken to remove unauthorized individuals. Email is an acceptable means of communicating the reports.
