Specifications include, but are not limited to: Designate an appropriately experienced and skilled member of the CM's staff as the project constructability coordinator. Provide detailed constructability planning inputs and reviews of the project drawings at various times throughout the development of the design. Constructability reviews will take place, at a minimum, at 35%, 65%, and 95% development of the project design. The constructability reviews are to address issues of construction methods, approach, materials, sequencing and other issues directly related to the maximization of project value, cost savings to the Municipality, and reductions of time in the construction schedule. The Contractor will be required to maintain and periodically issue typed reports detailing the contractor's recommendations for change or clarification. The final disposition of each recommendation will be subject to approval by the Municipality. The constructability reviews must address all items referenced in the sample checklist as well as any other items that may impact constructability
