Weeding, cleaning, and preparation of all planters; to include the addition of soil, compost and fertilizer. b.) Purchase perennial plants that did not survive the winter and or missing plants to coincide with the existing Heuchera/Heuceralla, Prairie Fire Panicum as well as providing the Compost, Fertilizer and Additional Soil prior to the start of the annual cruise ship season. • PHASE 2: PLANTING: Each planter will be planted with the new perennial plants to ensure a colorful display throughout the cruise ship season. The assessment will also include reporting any specific or additional watering needs for a particular planter or planters. • Watering/Pruning: (All watering throughout the summer and all required pruning will be performed by the Contractor.) The Owners staff will assist with providing water access or hoses as needed throughout the season. • PHASE 4: End of Season Winterizing: The Contractor shall prepare the plants for winter including any weeding, mulch, compost, or fertilizer and provide the overall condition of the Port Planters in writing to the P&H Director.
