Provide professional services by performing a Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment for the Wrangell 6-Mile Zimovia Highway Deep Water Port site. Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment: 1. Perform a Phase I ESA non-intrusive investigation to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) at the 40-acre waterfront site to establish relevant site history and evaluate impacts of past activities on existing site conditions. The work will involve reviewing records, visual inspections, and performing interviews to determine the presence or likely presence of hazardous substances or petroleum products on the property: 1) due to release to the environment, 2) under conditions indicative of a release to the environment, or 3) under conditions that pose a material threat of a future release to the environment based on historical and current use of the property.
