Work includes removal of sediment from the Limits of Removal, coordinating with the Engineer that will sample the sediment for characterization purposes, storing the sediment in watertight containers in the adjacent Ore Terminal, and disposal of the sediment at either a permitted Subtitle D landfill or at a beneficial use site in Skagway, as directed by the Owner, plus any ancillary work to complete and document the work (e.g. environmental controls, surveying). Bids shall include all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials to complete the specified work. Bids shall also include mobilization and demobilization to and from the Project site. Alaska Labor Standards, reporting and prevailing wage rate determination is made part of this bid package
