Market research is conducted to determine the availability and capability of qualified businesses for the following service: This is a firm fixed price requirements type construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform Open-End Roofing Repairs, Reroofing, and Snow Removal from Roof Areas at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Hours of operation are 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays.

Anticipated award date: 13 March 2023
Performance of work start: 27 March 2023 – 26 March 2024 plus 2 one-year options periods.
