Would one of you be able to provide me answers for the below questions asked by a vendor. Please respond next to the bolded ANSWER for each question by Monday or sooner. Thank you.
QUESTION #1: This area into the woods is that very big?
ANSWER #1: It does not go all the way back to the woods. If you were looking through the gate it is about half of what you would see at the front of the building.
QUESTION #2: It looks to him like this year was sufficient being done with just a plow, is that correct?
ANSWER #2: Correct. Only a plow is used.
QUESTION #3:No off site removal was needed this year?
ANSWER #3: No it was not needed.
QUESTION #4: What about last year, 2021, [perhaps the vendor means both 2021 & 2022] the bad year with the ice storm, was there a need for snow to be carried off site that year ?
ANSWER #4: No. To my knowledge no snow has ever been removed off of the site.

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
Nonpersonal services for snow removal for NWS Fairbanks WFO Upper Air Site located at 5150 Airport Industrial Road, Fairbanks, Alaska 99709, in accordance with the incorporated statement of work. The average is 25 snow removals each year.
(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number
