Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Rehabilitate the runway, taxiway, apron, and access road with crushed aggregate surface course and dust palliative • Expand Runway Safety Area (RSA) to accommodate Aircraft Design Group (ADG) II aircraft • Install aircraft tiedowns as needed • Install a new rotating beacon on a tip down pole • Replace airfield lighting system • Replace primary wind cone, supplemental wind cone, and segmented circle as needed • Install new traffic signs in the project area • Re-level existing Snow Removal Equipment Building(s) (SREB) as needed • Replace Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) as needed • Improve existing overhead electric utilities as needed • Install erosion protection as needed • Acquire Temporary Construction Easements (TCEs) for haul route and barge landing as needed • Update Airport Layout Plan (ALP) to reflect project scope as needed
