Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Rehabilitate the existing runway, taxiway, apron, and airport access road•Install new aircraft tie-downs on apron•Replace runway and taxiway lighting •Install new Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) •Install new rotating beacon on a tip-down pole•Expand the existing apron to include a segmented circle and lighted wind cone•Expand the existing apron to accommodate the new Snow Removal Equipment Building (SREB)•Install a new SREB on the expanded apron•Disconnect electrical service for DOT&PF equipment only at the existing SREB and remove DOT&PFequipment as needed•Install drainage improvements, replace culverts along the access road, and adjust access road profile as needed•Apply dust palliative to the runway, taxiway, apron, and access road•Relocate/adjust FAA NAVAIDS as needed•Relocate/adjust utilities as needed
