Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this solicitation is to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) term contract with a qualified general construction contractor to assist ANTHC with the construction of the infrastructure summarized in Section IV.A.7. and Section 01 10 00 of Attachment L. The majority of construction activities will occur from Fall of 2018 through the 2019 construction season. The overall short-term goal is to develop Mertarvik infrastructure so that an initial contingent of residents can occupy the village full-time starting in October 2019. Construction activities under the IDIQ contract may continue in 2020 and beyond, subject to the availability of funding. Detailed scopes of work including Special Requirements (if any) will be incorporated into each individual Delivery Order as it is issued after award of the Base contract.
