General land survey services may include but not be limited to: • Legal boundary surveys • Pre- and post-construction ALTA surveys • Construction surveying and construction staking • Plot Plans • As-built surveys • Topographic, plan and profile surveys • Long and short platting assistance • Identification and legal descriptions of property rights-of-way or easements • Miscellaneous surveying-related services as required B. Builder’s package survey services – For construction projects of one-to-four-unit dwellings on parcels less than 12,000 square feet located in Alaska. Land surveyor shall provide a firm, fixed price for the services listed below and coordinate with CIHA’s Home Designer(s) for house plans placed on each lot. • Provide proposed plot plan within 5 working days of request. • Stake & flag property corners within 10 working days of notice to proceed. • Stake & flag building corner offsets within 10 working days of notice to proceed. • Provide as-built survey within 15 working days of notice of completion.
