Specifications include, but are not limited to: Plowing Service: Plow entrance road and turnaround areas.; Entrance road to be plowed wide enough for two‐way traffic (16 ft).; Area in front of latrines, fee stations, access roads and gates must be kept berm free to allow for access during Period of Performance.; Sanding Service: Sanding material provided by contractor and must be a sand/traction chip mixture (not basic sand) appropriately coarse as to provide traction on a paved road. Berm Winging/Hard‐Pack Peeling:; Must be Winged, not pushed back.; Sweeping: Must include water sufficient to abide by applicable clean air regulations.; Required to sweep the same areas/path as that which is sanded and plowed.; Sweeping Call Out is approximately in May at the end of the winter season.
