Community Engagement: 1) Preliminary community meeting to introduce the project, discuss the design process, and solicit input on conceptual design (e.g., multi-use & education space); 2) Community meeting with conceptual designs; 3) Share final design & phasing. 2. Facility Program Document describing types, sizes, and design criteria for spaces within the new facility. 3. Three Conceptual Design Options indicating general arrangement of space, building configuration and potential orientation on site and potential phases. 4. Schematic Design based on UAA selection of preferred option which will include floor plans, site plan layout, mechanical and engineering components, written narrative, and cost estimate.
