Specifications include, but are not limited to: Huffman Elementary School, located in Anchorage, Alaska, was surveyed for the presence of asbestos- containing materials (ACM), and other potentially hazardous materials as a part of the design services for the Huffman Elementary School Lighting Upgrades Project at the school for the Anchorage School District. The survey also provided a "good faith" inspection for hazardous materials that may be disturbed during the construction. The proposed work includes the disturbance, demolition, removal and disposal of lead-containing paints and/or lead-containing materials that is incidental to the renovation and remodeling project. Mr. Chris T. Ottosen and Mr. Rick S. Friese of EHS-Alaska, Inc. (EHS-Alaska) conducted the inspections in March 2013
