The Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Administrative Services, is requesting information on available hangar space for State owned aircraft located in Tok, Delta Junction, and Aniak Alaska. The space must meet the following requirements and be located within the city limits: o Between 2,500 and 3,600 square feet in size (+/-), usable hangar dimensions o AVGAS tank is preferred, not mandatory. o Tug is preferred, not mandatory o Restroom is preferred, not mandatory o Two exterior parking spaces w/ optional energized head bolt heaters outlets o Construction complying with required Building and Fire Codes o Hangar door shall be of adequate dimensions to accommodate the required aircraft or equipment, with a desired opening of 55 feet wide by 18 feet high. Equivalent functional configurations that meet operational requirements will be considered. The state shall determine if submitted dimensions are suitable for required aircraft.
