Design-Build services to remove and replace the roof of the City’s fuel retail and distribution facility including adding additional purlins if necessary. • Perform mechanical and electrical inspections as required by the State of Alaska’s Fire Marshal’s Office. • Prepare and submit 65% and 95% construction drawings and specifications. • Prepare and submit 100% (Issued for Construction) construction drawings and specifications. • Present these drawings, specifications, and inspections to the City and the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development- Division of Community Regional Affairs; and the State of Alaska Fire Marshal’s Office. • Incorporate all regulatory agency comments necessary to obtain the necessary permits for constructing the project. • Conduct regular progress meetings with the City as needed. • City will be responsible for all fees for regulatory agency review and permitting. • Provide a detailed final construction cost estimate and schedule.
