Specifications include, but are not limited to: ; Install TWO dual fuel burners at the Fairbanks Pioneer Home on existing boilers. New burners to be fully functional and integrated with the existing heat timers/controls. The existing boilers are Weil McClain 4.3 million input natural gas/oil. Natural gas is primary fuel and modulating while the back up fuel, oil, will be a staged operation.; • Remove all fuel lines, to be replaced with new. Routing to be approved by owner. o Drip pan of appropriate size required. • Remove all electrical connections. • Remove burners and install new. • Perform start up and commissioning with manufacturer representative or other approved technician. • Program controls and tune/adjust combustion on both fuels. • Flue length to be considered in the tuning/adjusting/balancing of the new burners. • Test complete operations including safety controls with written documentation. • Contractor will provide 2 hours initial onsite instruction after installation is complete and an additional 8 hours onsite instruction in the first year, minimum two hour increments with 24 hours’ notice. • Parts warranty wand • Labor warranty will be one year. • Boiler shutdowns are limited to two occurrences not exceeding 4 hours per occurrence.
