Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Contractor shall provide for all supervision, materials, equipment, labor, and supplies to provide snow plowing, sanding and snow removal to allow access to all of the identified facilities that the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs maintains in Fairbanks area. b. Sidewalks are inclusive of their assigned areas. c. In the event of heavy snow accumulation during working hours, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., the Contractor will be notified and expected to commence work within four (4) hours of notification. d. Since the National Guard has drill periods on weekends, the Contractor will be required to provide snow plowing and sidewalk cleaning on some weekends as well as weekdays.
